Introducing Rebecca Hall, Head of Rehabilitation and Diagnostics
Since joining Speed Medical less than a year ago, Rebecca Hall has already made a remarkable impact as our Head of Rehabilitation Treatment and Diagnostics.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, Rebecca brings a deep understanding of the medico-legal rehabilitation landscape and a passion for raising standards across the sector.
Her expertise, energy, and people-focused approach have quickly made her an invaluable part of the team. We sat down with Rebecca to hear more about her journey so far, her reflections on the industry, and her vision for the future of our rehabilitation network.
What led you to working at Speed Medical as Head of Rehabilitation Treatment and Diagnostics?
“I have been working in the medico legal rehabilitation industry for 15+ years. Speed Medical’s reputation for delivering exceptional rehabilitation services at scale was a huge draw. I was excited by the opportunity to lead a team that’s not only clinically driven but also deeply invested in supporting its expert panel. The chance to work with such a well-established, respected network—and help shape its future—was impossible to pass up.”

How has your experience in the Medico Legal market shaped the way you approach your role/your experts/your clients at Speed?
“It’s given me a deep understanding of the importance of accuracy, transparency, and timeliness. I bring that lens to every decision—whether it’s refining our processes, supporting our experts, or collaborating with clients. Speed Medical’s ability to balance clinical integrity with legal precision is a key strength, and it’s something I’m proud to help uphold.”
Can you share your favourite memory at Speed Medical from the last 6 months?
“It’s hard to choose just one, but what stands out most is the people—both within Speed Medical and across the wider handl Group. From day one, I’ve felt genuinely welcomed and supported. The handl Group conference was a fantastic introduction, not just to the business but to the collaborative spirit that runs through it. Building relationships across the group has been a highlight for me—this level of cross-functional connection is something I haven’t experienced before, and I truly believe it’s what sets us apart in the industry. It’s exciting to be part of something so joined-up and forward-thinking.”
Where do you see the next six months taking you – both personally and professionally?
“Professionally, I’m focused on expanding our rehabilitation offering, strengthening our panel relationships, and continuing to innovate in how we deliver care. Personally, I’m looking forward to deepening my connections across the business and continuing to learn in my role.”
