CD Team Administrator

Location: Clayton-Le-Woods, Chorley. Salary: £20,500.00 Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday


Speed Medical is one of the largest providers of medico legal reports in the UK, working in partnership with solicitors dealing with personal injury claims.  As well as medical reports, Speed Medical can also obtain medical records, provide rehabilitation services and any further treatment required following a personal injury.

 

The Role:

The candidate will be responsible for progressing cases and ensuring that all medical records received are downloaded and progressed so the teams can progress the cases.  This is an essential role in the services we provide and training we will be provided.  The key activities will be downloading records from several different platforms, copying and burning CDs and assisting with combining and extracting records so they can be sent to our experts in an easy-to-read format.

The successful candidate should have excellent technical knowledge and provide exceptional customer service with a drive to succeed. Training will be provided and on team coaching and development will be ongoing.

Package:

  • 37.5 Hours, Monday-Friday
  • Flexible working: We offer the ability to work from home/office on completion of training and a probationary period
